Find your Fabulous with Fiona, June 22, 2017June 22, 2017 Sometimes when meditating on the beach it isn’t the thoughts buzzing around in your head that distract you. It’s the insects buzzing around the outside and biting you! Note to self: bug spray 😎 There will always be moments when you are trying to meditate, maybe several, when you start going through your to do list or worrying about something at work. Just acknowledge that it is happening and refocus. The time spent quietly and breathing calmly will do its work of renewing your brain and your body. So don’t stress over meditating. You can do it.
